What moved MGRX stock

Mangoceuticals sells prescription products for erectile dysfunction, hair growth, hormone replacement and weight management through a telemedicine platform. On Thursday evening it announced a definitive business combination agreement with Nuclea Energy, which is developing the Morpheus lead-cooled microreactor. Nuclea holders receive exchangeable shares convertible one-for-one into MGRX stock, capped at 19.99% of shares outstanding until stockholder and Nasdaq approvals land. The stock had closed that session down 47%, at $0.29, then jumped 138% after the bell.

The mechanics

A men's-health telehealth company becoming a nuclear reactor company overnight is a reverse-merger shell story, and the market prices those on narrative rather than assets. The float is 13.4 million shares and 508 million traded on Friday — the float turned over roughly 29 times, at 86 times the normal daily volume in regular hours. There is an 8-K inside the last 24 hours and nothing here has been approved yet.

The alert window

Stock Pulse alerted at 7:57 AM in the premarket at $0.6401, and it went the wrong way first — down to $0.557 by 8:34. The top, $1.24, came at 10:21 AM, two hours and twenty-four minutes after the ping, and that was the actual trade. 197 of the 471 regular-session minutes closed above the alert, so there was time, but the second half of the day was a steady bleed rather than a hold.

How MGRX's move ended

$0.56 at the close, 13% under the alert, having spent the afternoon between $0.52 and $0.60. The deal caps the share issuance at 19.99% precisely because it still needs stockholder and Nasdaq sign-off, which means the nuclear business the tape was buying does not legally exist inside this company yet. The 52-week low of $0.162 is the more relevant number than the reactor.

The tell: a shell-shaped pivot into whatever sector is hot prices the press release, not the asset. Those trades are measured in hours, and this one topped 144 minutes in.
